A 1990 graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree and an alumni leader for Davis & Elkins College. Flint is the recipient of the D&E Tower Alumni Service Award and the Outstanding Young Alumnus Award. In 2007, he founded the Virginia Chapter of the D&E College Alumni Association. He has served the college for over 15 years on the National Alumni Council.

Recently, Flint served West Virginia Delta as the AVC President and continues as a certified SigEp AVC volunteer.  Flint provided the initiative and foresight to incorporate the West Virginia Delta Alumni Association in 2010.  He has previously served as the Balanced Man Steward to coordinate Sound Mind, Sound Body programming with the Chapter.  He attends SigEp Conclave, the Carlson Leadership Academy, and is recognized by SigEp Nationals as a Loyal Legionnaire. He is the recipient of the SigEp Excelsior Cup and the Clifford B. Scott Key Award.

Professionally, he is a Bank Officer with Bank of America.  His career includes a successful consulting business, previous experience as a Licensed Branch Manager with SunTrust Bank, and a Senior Consultant for the American Red Cross.  He resides in Virginia with his wife and fellow D&E alumnus, Catherine.
